- Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and only apply if the product is unfit for
consumption upon arrival.
- We cannot accept returns for food that has been mishandled or improperly stored after delivery. Our
products are highly sensitive and perishable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- As a small, home-based business, we generally do not accept returns. We appreciate your understanding.
