Shipping policy

- We deliver once a week between 8 PM and 10 PM via a trusted third-party logistics provider (3PL).
- Delivery is island-wide with a flat fee of $5 per location.
- Minimum order for delivery is $20. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free delivery.
- Processing time is between 1 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) from order confirmation.
- On delivery day, we will notify you with an estimated time window.
- If no one is home at the time of delivery, please leave specific delivery instructions for the driver.
- Due to the nature of our perishable products, please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
