Korean Seafood Green Onion Pancake

A large Korean savoury pancake generously filled with shrimp, squid, clams and long green onions, then topped with egg and sliced red chilli. Pan-fried until beautifully browned, with crispy edges and a tender, flavourful centre.

Each pancake is cut into convenient, shareable squares and comes with our Korean dipping sauce—a savoury, tangy blend of soy sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes, chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds.

Enjoy it as a snack, appetiser, side dish or light meal. Best shared between approximately two people.

Serving size: One large pancake with dipping sauce

How to enjoy: Reheat in a frying pan or air fryer until thoroughly hot and crispy. Dip each square into the accompanying sauce before eating.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at 4°C or below upon receipt and consume within 24 hours. Reheat thoroughly until steaming hot. Keep the dipping sauce refrigerated.
