GWP Korean Marinated Chicken Wings - 200g

You'll receive a random flavour as part of the GWP. It will be one of these 3 flavours - Bulgogi, Maekjok or Maeun. 

Maekjok Marinade
Chicken thigh / wings marinated in a deeply umami-rich, earthy and savoury blend. It uses traditional fermented Korean soybean paste - Doenjang, similar to Japanese Miso, but more robust and intense.
Ingredients: Doenjang, Garlic, Onions, Pepper, Apple Cider Vinegar, Toasted Sesame Oil

Bulgogi Marinade
Bulgogi is a perfect balance of sweet, savoury, and umami flavours with a rich, nutty aroma. When cooked, it caramelises on the chicken to create smoky, charred edges.
Ingredients: Soy Sauce, Toasted Sesame Oil, Rice Syrup, Garlic, Spring Onion, Sesame Seed

Maeun Marinade
This is a spicy dry rub. This gives a spicy kick, vibrant and deeply savoury mixture. It gives a nice balance with garlicy, salty, sesame oil taste. It pairs perfectly with the Sammjang sauce that uses Gochujang for the extra spicy pepper taste, along with other aromatic ingredients.  
Ingredients: Korean Capsaicin Powder, Himalayan Sea Salt, Peppercorn, Toasted Sesame Oil
